Nail Decals
1. Apply your nail polish.
2. Let dry completely.
3. When it is completely dry, add the nail decals in the pattern you desire (Tip: use toothpicks to help you place the decals on).
4. Add two coats of clear nail polish over the top of the decals to keep them in place.
